Pressed Steen suburban set 408, with W51388 closest (presumably with 59498 + 51346) at Bodmin Road. Date unknown, it was based at Laira from January 1968 till March 1971. Graham Clark.

Wed 18 Jun 1975 at 13:40. Rear of GRCW Cross-Country dmu (set No P584) at Bodmin Road after arriving with [2B11] the 12:32 from Newquay. Mr Deltic.

The Lea Valley Railway Club 'The Royal Duchy' railtour departs Bodmin Road for Plymouth on 30 April 1977. Note the headboard Lea Valley Railway Club on the rear, on the front was the Royal Duchy headboard. The units were B800 and B802 brought down from Bristol for the tour, Met-Camm units were unusual in Cornwall at the time. Roger Geach.
